Pioppino (Agrocybe Aegerita)

Pioppino mushrooms grow to shocking heights and have a sturdy white stem with a light or dark brown cap. The entire mushroom is edible which makes it great for chopping up and using as a topping on your favorite dish (pizza is our personal choice). Their firm texture and rich flavor is perfect for adding to risotto or served alongside protein.
